I think that the price should depend on the upgrade type (if there is any)

No upgrade: 130/140
range upgrade (cannons: +1 Missiles: +3): 140-150 (upgrade cost: 150)
simultaneous shooting, like in the campaign: 150 (upgrade cost: 200)

ok, lets start with meching diskussion:

u actually can effectively mech in most public games,
leave out the raffineries until like minute 5,
the big problem is: u have nothing against air until thor and therefor have to mix

i think pure mech should be viable for terran, because else u need to go bio,
which gets splased away at t2... that way mech can be a not as effective possiblity,
but one that reaches further into lategame.

therefor i absolutely encourage u to implement goliaths Very Happy
i like the idea of the range upgrade, though an 9 range anti air is strong
therefor: t3; price: 150
the multiattack upgrade is not needed:
the goliath has too low health to be a front fighter later on

price: 160 (plusminus 10) i think

i cant stress enough, that the goliath would be awesome
he closes a gap! by the way:
blizzard will implement some sort of goliath/thor mix instead of the thor

Why t3?

As you said mech needs some anti air and t3 they have it by building thors. What they need is a t2-anti-air-mech-unit

i meant the range upgrade should be T3
the goliath itself should be T2
